We cover 90% of the premiums for our employees and 70% of the premiums for their dependents on our base plans.
Healthy Coverage
Not only do we have a 401(k), Noon Energy matches the first 3% of employee contribution at 100% and the next 2% at 50%.
401(k) with Matching
Unlike with an unlimited policy, we accrue PTO and pay employees for that time when they leave: 15 days per year, 7 federal holidays, on top of sick leave.
PTO
Noon Energy offers 12 weeks, or 60 days of paid leave for parents of any gender who are adding children to their family.

Noon Energy matches contributions to the company FSA, HSA, and Dependent-care programs up to generous limits.
